Let us Know Our Times

Topic: "Let us Know Our Times" Luke 12:54-56

If we know the times we will know where we stand, and we will know how to succeed. But it is easy to live life without knowing the times. Those who know the story of Daniel know that in those times the prophet Jeremiah was distressed, despaired, and went like mad, because he knew that Israel had little time left to be held in captivity. Jeremiah 25:8-11 And although Daniel was still a child, perhaps twelve years old, he was already knowing his time. Knowing the times is knowing what will happen tomorrow. But to ignore the times is to live life as much as a game; we get angry with gossip, at the end, with how many things that blind us! When we know the times, we realize that there are “silly things” that hinder the pace of our feet. But some are not so daring. They do not know the times and they do not know that there are things that must be shaken and taken out, saying: “Get out of my way, because I know the times and I know what is coming.” Church, there is nothing so difficult and more frustrating than dealing with human beings. People are like the sheep in a flock. There are sheep that have very long wool, others have hidden illnesses. Likewise, human beings have their wrongdoings. Among them, get angry, asks for accounts, demands, etc. For example: If you laughed it is that you are making fun, if you did not laugh it is that you are angry; if you are affectionate, they say that you are impaling. But the detail is that we are all different and we must love. The key is to reach unity and enter into a common feeling. Today, we can all speak very well of the times, of what is happening around us. We know news about the nations, the economy and politics. It is known about crimes, drugs, rapes, etc. But knowing THE TIMES IN THE LORD is unknown to us. By not knowing the times we have a big problem, and that is if we are not alert the day will go quickly, but if we know the times, we will have control of our lives. The problem, church, is that the time that passes is time that is not recovered; how miserable of us. Just as we can know when it will be hot or when it will rain, if we dedicate ourselves to knowing the times, we will grow much in science. Hebrews 5:14 tells us, "Solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil." Through the use of the senses we can know what is good or evil. Unfortunately, we develop a lot in other things. That is a big problem of the church. But, Mega Zoé is a church that has to know the times. Otherwise, Satan comes and steals from us. That is why we come to church, to eat solid food. Hebrews 5:12-14 How are we going to live entangled in our feet under slavery? If we do not reach maturity, the Devil will make fun of us and start sowing bad things in our hearts. If we could just take our heart out and put on a new one! But, only the Lord can do that. I don't know if when you pray you examine your life. Since prayer is not to examine the life of the other but your own life. Church, worrying about reaching maturity will make you come to know what other people do not know. Do you know something? That when reaching spiritual maturity, that will help me to face the times that I live for the work that I have to do. Mega Zoé is not to waste time, otherwise, we get tangled up with everything. Brothers, he who reaches maturity does not stop at what wants to kill him. He removes it, sets it aside and continues with his work. As sheep, we need to be cleansed of all wounds. And that process hurts. We want it to be painless and it is impossible. Jesus did not measure His words but spoke with sincerity, with the truth, and kept walking. John 6:60, 61 When I use my senses and develop them, I become wise. According to theologian Matthew Henry, “Experience is the mother of science.” If we examine ourselves, we see that by

nature we are spoiled. We commit disorderly acts in our lives like spoiled children. But church, in the sheep there is much to heal, and I as a shepherd am not the one who heals, but the Lord. Jesus said to me in a dream: “Raise the sheep for me, as I will heal it.” As pastor, I present you to God in prayer. According to Ephesians 4:13, 14, the one who knows the times cannot be like a fluctuating child. A child is carried by the hand of the mother, they must be dressed, fed, etc. But he who longs to know the times is already an adult. We have already grown, there is no child in us. Let’s not act like children. Like when God breaks us to correct us. Then we start being pigheaded, while the best thing in a breakdown is to be silent and go before God so that He be the one to lift us. It is sad to know, church, that by not knowing the times we stop doing good. Can you think for a moment how much God has given you? Church, understand that the sheep is the most innocent animal, it is the only animal that when it comes to killing it does not make any kind of moan or complain. That is why God compares the Master to a lamb, because He did not say anything at the moment of death. Isaiah 53:7 Another characteristic of the sheep is that it recognizes the voice of its shepherd. Also, she is always happy, unless her body is sick. And we are like sheep and we must know our times. According to 2 Timothy 3:15, 16, 17, we will not let anyone deceive us because then life will be hard. The Scriptures make us wise to know the times, not to be carried away by everything. Spiritual ruin and madness are in human beings who do not know the times, but only you and I can stop and say: "We do not want madness or ruin." Jesus never hid to tell the truth. But the problem of those people was that they did not believe Jesus, having Him in front of them, and did not know his time. I will know the times, and I will not live in ruin! Church, when we praise God the Devil wants to shut our mouths, but let us not allow it. Blessed is everyone who knows the times and knows how to move! Be careful with what God has given you, that nobody takes it from you or steal it! According to Philippians 4:8 to live in the Spirit is to remove all that is evil from our thoughts, from our whole being. 1 Thessalonians 5:23, 24 The devil wants us to lose what the Father has prepared for us, but let us not lose it.
