Stone Of Help (Genesis 49:22-26) A prophet until his last moment. Prophet of his children. Each received the prophecy of his entire long destiny on earth. Prophecy for Joseph was the longest. He was the one who suffered the most: suffering is not the best accepted. When people suffer they take refuge in their pain forever, and carry it as defeats. They live as harm to their person. We decide how we will live with what we have suffered. Joseph changed his lament into joy and was blessed by God and obtained the blessing of his Lord.

I. Fruitful branch is Joseph.

A. God had made him bear fruit in the land of his affliction.

1. The deep feeling of sadness, grief, pain, or suffering.

2. What have you done with your suffering?

3. Has it destroyed you or made you bear fruit?

4. You can live in affliction all your life, but I assure you that your days will be dark, you will spend your life fruitless in your planting, it will be dry, weeds, plagues, desolation and without fruits. (Offspring-stem new that sprouts from one tree or from a person descending from another).

5. Joseph's sons were those branches of a vine that stretches over the wall.

6. God is providence for those who believe Him and can endure affliction.

7. How much narrowness and afflictions in Joseph's life.

8. At the time of prophecy, he had already overcome every affliction that life took care to bring him as his pain, sorrow, suffering, and life is a just judge, to let him see God and all that He has done.

9. Jacob reminds him of the difficulties he went through before.

10. He had many enemies, called here archers, those who are experts at "doing harm", and who are many.

11. His brothers at their father's house thought they had finished him off.

12. Her owner in Potiphar's house assaulted him or in his purity.

13. There can be no doubt that he would also have enemies in Pharaoh's court, who could envy him for his high office and would do everything possible to undermine his reputation.

14. But his bow remained powerful; Joseph's strength and endurance under all tribulations: "this is faith"; his faith did not faint; the hands of his arms were strengthened, that is, his other graces (divine compassion, undeserved favor) did their part: his wisdom, courage (bravery, decisiveness and passion) and his patience, which are better weapons than wars.

15. The source and spring of his fortress was by the hands of The Fort of Jacob.

16. All our strength to resist temptations and to endure afflictions comes to us from God: His grace is sufficient, and His strength is perfected in our weakness.

17. (V. 25) With blessings from the heavens above: rain in its time, and serene heaven in its time and the benign influences of the celestial bodies; blessings of the abyss below, which, compared to the world above, is a great abyss, with underground springs and mines.

18. Eminent and transcendent (very important, by itself that rose, that is beyond the limits) blessings that will prevail over those of his parents (V. 26). Lasting and extensive blessings: Until the end (end) of the eternal hills, they include all the productions of the most fruitful hills and endure as long as they are to endure.

19. Such promises God makes to Joseph.

20. Our "own experiences of power" and "of God's goodness" in strengthening us "for the present" give us great encouragement to await His help in the future.

21. Be careful how you act in the fragility of the years.

22. God measures our attitude in affliction.

23. You complain that they sold you, they took away your strength, the envious have destroyed you as they talk about you.

24. We can build a lot on our Ebenezer, our help stone.

25. Your battles have left you in affliction (sadness, sorrow, suffering).

26. Your battles are to win because our Eben-ezer: So far Jehovah helped us. Amen.
