New Life in Christ Part III Ephesians 4:25-28 The difficult thing about many is that they cannot in their transfer of the flesh (from the old man) to the new man. That's where you see who stays or who flees. In the end, every human being knows his evil and would like to love and serve the Lord, but he must love his old creature more and will have to decide between him or God.

I. Have you removed the old man and put on the new?

A. Union with Christ.

3. Your position (your way of thinking as a believer, that positive) and how you are, how you find yourself as a believer, you have to let it be seen if you want to go all the way.

6. You are already entering (24) because you are created to the new man according to God in holiness of the truth.

7. "Lying" here includes all forms of insincerity, whether it is manipulating the truth or exaggerating, copying in exams, cheating, failing to keep promises, betraying the trust placed in you.

8. Our word should be totally reliable.

9. Our yes should mean yes and our no, no.

10. Truth is a debt we owe to all people.

11. Neighbor, Paul refers because he is thinking in particular of the brethren in the faith.

13. It is as unthinkable for one Christian to lie to another as it would be for a nerve in the body to deliberately send a message to the brain, or for the eye to deliberately deceive the rest of the body when danger looms.

14. (26) A second area of practical renewal in our lives relates to sinful "anger."

15. The way we can have anger is against evil, it can be righteous.

16. There are other times when anger is sinful.

17. When it comes to a malicious emotion, jealousy, resentments, desires for revenge or hatred due to personal ills, it is forbidden.

18. If a believer gives way to unjust anger, he should confess it and leave it right away.

19. Confession should be made both to God and to those who have suffered for our wrath.

20. We should not harbor grudges, nest resentments, or maintain irritations.

21. "Let not the sun set on your anger."

22. Everything that breaks communion with God or with our brothers and sisters should be immediately rectified.

23. I believe that Cain was angered against Abel and killed him.

24. (27) Do not give place to the devil.

25. Unconfessed sins of wrath give "the devil" a foot or base of operations.

26. The devil can do very comfortably without us deliberately helping him.

27. When the body is full of anger.

28. Anger, rage, ire, fury is an emotion that is expressed through resentment, the physical effects of anger include increased heart rate, blood pressure and adrenaline levels, etc.

29. Therefore, we must not excuse malice, anger, envy, hatred, or passion in our lives.

30. These "sins" discredit Christian testimony, trip the unsaved, offend believers, and harm us spiritually and physically.

31. (28) The old man steals; the new man shares.

32. Put off your old man, put on the new!

33. The very fact that Paul had to give the believer instructions such as that the one who stole no longer steals; refutes any concept that Christians are impeccable and perfect.

34. They continue to possess the old, evil, and selfish natural creature that is to be considered dead in daily experience.

35. Of course, this prohibition against theft is not new.

36. The law of Moses forbade theft (Exodus 20:15). 37 . In addition to stopping stealing, we should also really work to be able to share with others who are less fortunate.

38. The power of holiness is grace, not law.

39. The natural approach is for men to work to meet their own needs and desires.

40. But the focus should be on alleviating human, spiritual and temporal "needs," at home and abroad.
