The faith in His power should be present in us at all times. The more we believe, the more God will do. The earth is limited and God is the only one that doesn't have limits. Jairus wanted a miracle. His daughter was seriously ill. She had left only a few drops of life. For this reason Jairus wanted a miracle and he knew that only Jesus had the power. The faith is what moves God. When we have faith it is because we believe God. But the problem with human beings is their incredulity. For this reason we have to ask God to help us with our incredulity. Because we sometimes think that God cannot do in our lives and the faith is to believe that God can do far beyond what we think and we can understand. We have anxieties and worries, but we cannot become desperate, but believe God. The power is in God and with our faith we move His hand because we believe Him. When one recognizes that God is more than all our efforts, more than the doctors and everything of this earth, then our faith is what opens up to God. We’re open to His greatness and power. Our faith opens the path so that God may enter. The more we believe God, the more faith we will have and we will see God work on our behalf. The faith opens possibilities to the unseen. It will prepare the road so that what we are asking may become a reality. We will see what we haven’t been able to achieve, we will overcome what has tied us up when we couldn’t do anything. And all this, is by faith. There are many things in our lives that tie us up; and that is why we have to exercise and acknowledge faith. We must have full knowledge of what faith is. Sometimes, being the faith so vital and so important in our daily life, we don't give it much importance. What happens is that we drag ourselves throughout the day. But, a believer must have faith for everything. The faith must be active in us always, because it will prepare the road so that the good Father can enter and do what we need and what we are not able to do. God can do what we can’t do. There is good will in Him to do so. And He will do it. Jesus gave strength to the words of faith, which is why the disciples went on speaking about it. And in the same way, Paul did, until today. Jesus made it clearer than ever and we have the privilege of having the word of faith clear for us. The treatment of God in our lives is through Jesus in the knowledge of the fullness of the faith. Jairus was the president of the synagogue. For many Jewish people there was no faith in Jesus. But Jairus had faith, because he was chosen to enjoy the faith. We are blessed to be chosen by God, but we need to understand that we have been chosen. When we are placed where we should be, then we will understand that God has chosen us. Jairus heard about Jesus and when he approached Him, he must have been thinking that she was already dead. Jesus will arrive because it is our faith that will bring Him. Jesus also feels our suffering and our problems. Our faith moves Jesus because we believe. The lack of faith will draw us away from Him. But, everything we do must be done with faith. Jairus wanted a miracle from Jesus for his daughter. Jesus could heal this girl in her presence or at a distance. Jesus didn’t have to save His strength and He went with Jairus to his home when He could have just sent the word. We have to have faith so it can be activated by Jesus wherever we go. We must learn not to perish because of lack of knowledge.

Jairus went to Jesus because somebody told him that Jesus had arrived to the city and he went directly to His presence. Jesus doesn't have problems, Jesus is not depressed, but we are. And only He can deliver us. Jesus' power is always available for everything we are going through. When we need a miracle, we need to go before God. Nobody should go before God for us, but us. A son goes to the father. It is not right for a son of God to depend on others, but rather go before God by himself. Jairus was prostrated before Jesus, he humbled sincerely before God; the life of his daughter was out of his hands and there was nothing he could do with his own strength, or his leadership. But, Jesus could do. Mathew 9:19 There was a limitless trust in Jesus' power for Jairus so that Jesus would grant him the petition. We have to see that Jesus is willing to do many miracles. The great needs we have are what will make us do efforts. The problem is when we deny God without faith. Jesus was in the midst of the multitude we must not think that He is present for us only; this is why we must make an effort to come closer to Him. Nothing is easy to obtain, the problem is that we don’t like to make efforts. God is ready to do miracles and our effort is worth it. Jesus is the only one that can deliver us from all evil and help us. Jairus had to wait patiently because a woman who was subject to bleeding for twelve years came across his supplication. This happens to us also. The faith of this woman made her touch Jesus’ garments and our faith is what touches Jesus also. The more we complain the less Jesus will do. If we have faith we will touch God and we will have miracles. This shy woman silently stopped Jesus and touched the edge of His garment. Our faith is what touches Jesus and opens the way for the miracles that we need. What makes Jesus stop and what He loves to find are men and women filled with faith. Jesus is never in a hurry. We must not request from Jesus as if He is driving crazy about our problems, but rather so that He can see our faith in Him. That miracle was done so that the multitude would know and that we would hear about it too that He is alive. The woman’s faith delivered her from condemnation, from her illness and of everything she was experiencing. Jairus grew more in faith because Jesus encouraged him. He always has beautiful words for our lives. When we are crying out to God for something it is terrible to have fear. Fear provokes a crisis in us. Faith comes because we are entirely and internally convinced of what we are expecting. Conviction must come from the inside expecting what God will do. Jesus wasn’t going to be ridiculed in the resurrection of that girl and neither in the miracle that we need. He will never look bad neither will He make us look bad. Our faith must be in Jesus because from Him comes all the power, and not from any man of this earth. Jesus is watching everything. We are thankful to Jesus for His love and power available for those who believe in Him. Amen.
