Topic: “I will wait upon Jehovah and with new strength I will rise as an Eagle” Isaiah 40:27-31 When we are affected in the midst of a struggle we become paralyzed. But we must face this fight. Life cannot be annulled because of a difficult struggle or battle because this is day after day. Let us not forget that Christ gave us life, joy and peace. We are His children, we belong to God and there is a promise for those who believe in Jehovah and it is that He will give us new strength. Sometimes, our strength wears out. But, we need to have strength always to fight with everything that comes against us. We cannot put our strength in just one thing. If our faith leaves, our strength wears out and we drag ourselves. If we faint we will stop walking. Discouragement will always bring the question: “Does Jehovah still worry about me or has He hidden?" We can think that God left, but such a great God doesn't leave or hide. The earth of the living ones is His property and He cannot leave us or abandon us. For this reason, we have to learn to trust and wait in Him. When depression comes we stop fighting and it takes possession in such a way that we become useless. We stop moving, our faith stops and without faith it is impossible to please God. We always have to continue believing in God. How great is the Father’s love for us! He has never become tired of loving us, listening to us, answering us and blessing us. He doesn't have a scarce hand to give to His children. Sometimes, worries overwhelm us and we stop to see all that God is willing to do. God never gets tired. God is never far, we are the ones who walk away. Those who are far from God will not feel Him. The strength leaves and people blame God. We must not do that. We are God’s people who He has made a covenant through Christ’s blood. Mark 14:24 God is never cruel, we are the infidels and cruel ones. Let us learn from God. Sin continues to increase in this world, but the grace goes above the sin and it grows on our behalf so that men will come to Jesus Christ. For this reason it is necessary to rest in God’s grace. Let us not trust what men say but in what God has said. No plague will touch the habitation of the righteous. Psalm 91: 10 What is the reason for God to be far from us? It is necessary to examine ourselves. God has great powers, it is necessary to fear Him. The nation of Israel said that Jehovah had abandoned them and that their path was hidden from Jehovah. What happens is that when we fall in a spiritual sleep our strength leaves us. It is necessary to wait in Jehovah’s arms and not the arms of any man. It is necessary to be careful that our strength does not abandon us. Jehovah is the eternal God, so be careful in whom we put our strength. We are not eternal, only God is. If fear has arrived to our lives we must remember the love and the power of God. Sometimes, we want to solve our lives with our scarce knowledge. The power, love and wisdom of God should deliver us from all fear. When fear comes, it is painful that we subject our loved ones to it. It is better to trust God than to affect others. God is a God of supreme intelligence. We don't have God’s capacity, therefore we should never judge His ways. We serve a God that is omnipotent, eternal, who doesn't faint or become tired. We know what fatigue is because of our sin. He doesn't know what

decadence is. He doesn't know any principle of weakness, ruin or defeat. We serve a God that doesn’t change. He is the Almighty God. No one can change what God’s thoughts for us. We should put ourselves in key with the thoughts of God. Because He is the Creator, He has the power and every right upon the earth and everything else. Jehovah prepares the day of affliction. There is no one who can frustrate His designs, plans and purposes. So no one can change the plans and purposes that God has for us. God doesn't become tired and no one can diminish His strength. He has strengthened us in everything; He is the God who fortifies. If God became tired He would not be the Creator. He gives strength to those who are weak. It is the strength of the new covenant. He is the one who gives vigor to those who are tired. He makes our energy and strength grow when we become tired and we begin to drag our feet. He never hides His face from us. He makes our energy grow, for that reason we have to trust the God who has called us. He is the only one that can multiply by zero without getting zero results. This makes our trust in God so great. The only indispensable condition is that we trust and wait in Him. After becoming fatigued, tiredness arrives, but we need to wait in God to strengthen us. Our struggle is stronger because we are in the Lord. Men seek rest and comfort and this is what slows them down, it stops them. When there is no strength and one stops to struggle, everything collapses, the faith has left. Here is where the warriors begin to fall in the battle, the army weakens, then the enemy takes place and for that reason a town without strength will have to live next to the Canaanites and the Philistines. We should never trust our own strength. God promises us strength that will never diminish. It is the strength that only comes from Him. Sometimes we feel that we have fought too much. But, the strength of God will never diminish. The great and powerful God is the one who is in us. Let us wait in Jehovah and we will be able to elevate and fly like the eagles. There is no need to faint, because God’s strength never ends. Every time that we depend on our own strength there is frustration. Let us look to the highest God, and remount like the eagles! Let us speak the words of God to have His strength. Amen.
