The God Of All Knowledge Is Jehovah”

TOPIC:”The God Of All Knowledge Is Jehovah” 1 Samuel 2:3 Hannah, being a simple woman, knew God, and this knowledge of God was based on the enduring of humiliation (1 Samuel 2:1). When one knows God, this is enough to be a conqueror. You do not become a conqueror by knowing or pretending to be great like many pretend. She was clear that God is the almighty because she understood how small and insignificant she could have been in her sterility. How many jokes were for her! (I Samuel 1: 6) That led her to depend on Jehovah, and for this reason she saw the greatness of God. We can see Hannah exalting God. God is exalted by those who test His power. The same as with Hannah, there are those who exalt in rivalry against you. Those who rebel against God are the ones who exalt against us and they want to silence us as if we were ignorant of the greatness of the power of God (I Samuel 2: 3). The one who mocks the power of God is the ignorant, because like Hannah we also have seen the power of God. There are those who approach us with words of grandeur and arrogance just because we know God directly. The man who does not know God speaks in his vain gloriousness, but we know a God of power. In Hannah’s life we can see that she acknowledged the wisdom of God and His divine providence. Hannah was able to experience that the mighty God is who disposes of the affairs of men on earth. Hannah recognized that the one who has all the knowledge is God, so she went to God and not to mankind. The mockery of others did not take away her confidence in God. Because what we do or fail to do is based on what we know, and we know of his power. He who knows God knows how great He is, that is the reason of their faith. Those who distrust for not knowing God act according to what is inside of them. But after all, God weighs the hearts; it is for Him to weigh us and He will do so according to our actions. Daniel was also another person who knew God (Daniel 2:22). God revealed himself to King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon in dreams (Daniel 2:3) and no one could know the meaning of his dreams, not the magicians, not the enchanters or astrologers. None of them knew, nor could have known God to know what He had spoken to the king. To know something like this one has to acknowledge God. God is interested in revealing to us deep matters so that we won’t remain in a state of ignorance. God wants us to acknowledge what is hidden to us, to unveil it for us to see and know. In God is the light to clear all darkness! Look, you do not have to ignore what He wants you to know. We have to wake up and acknowledge like Hannah and Daniel did. Hannah had a sterile womb and because she acknowledged and believed she saw the greatness of God and experienced having her son Samuel. If Daniel did not have the knowledge of God and revelation to interpret the dreams of the king, surely he was going to perish with the other wise men of Babylon. Isaiah 40:28, 29 He created the boundaries of the earth. That town could have been discouraged as it occasionally happens to all of us. And you can ask yourself if God worries about you. If you wait on Him you will be given new strength, if that is what you need today. Do not think that he cares less about his people than the stars which he guides in such a perfect and detailed manner (Isaiah 40: 26). The trust in our God should exceed everything that troubles us in our mind. That develops the faith in us; we get to trust Him totally. In her mind Hannah could have been disturbed by the constant mockery, but she went to God. For Daniel it would have been the fear of death and in his mind he could become desperate, but he was able to grow in faith believing that the Almighty God could bring revelation to his life. That powerful God does not faint and there is no weariness in Him (Isaiah 40:28); fatigue and weariness are found in men, not in God. When men use excessive strength, their body seems to faint, but God does over and over again and does not feel what our bodies feel. Rest in the one who has called you. (Matthew 6:8) He knows your needs. Many think that they will be heard by God because of their wordiness. But God does not hear men for their wordiness. Ana asked God by pouring out her heart; Daniel went to God because he knew that the power came from God. God knows what is in the heart of men, He knows everything. God created the ends of the earth and has never neglected it. God could never neglect you; He lives watching you. But we need to seek

Him. He knows what your needs are. The Gentiles went to God with hypocrisy, they came to Him with deceit; you cannot go before God like them. God knows and weighs the actions of every man and woman on this earth. We don’t have to pretend because the only one without faults is God. Do not deceive yourself; the God of all knowledge is Jehovah. May we be like Hannah and Daniel to know and experience His grandeur and His care! Amen.
