TOPIC: “Live In Justice So That You Will Have Peace In Your Life” Isaiah 48:18

In Psalm 119:165 "Great peace have who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble." Where there is absence of aggression, that person lives in peace. The person’s conscience has repose and has joy that arrives because of that peace. When one is in peace it is because one is reconciled with God, to be reconciled with God produces a unique peace. This happens if we have decided to fix our lives with the Lord, if we are willing to listen to God's commandments to obey them. It is when we are decided and willing to listen to obey, to pay attention to what God is telling us and always be attentive when God wants to speak to us. The Lord’s peace comes to us when we are capable of being obedient when He speaks to us, even if He speaks to us violently, in a strong and clear way that we can clearly understand His word, and when He speaks to us in such a tenuous and soft way that we can only receive it in our spirit. There are great depths of life and knowledge for the men who regale their ears to God. When God speaks to us He follows up on what He wants to do in us. There is peace for those who love what God orders and do not find obstacles in His words. Let us understand that God has love and good will for men on earth. I cannot believe that God has wickedness for men. When there are obstacles, they are because of bad decisions, for the many sins, for things that are done and that have great disagreement for God and the consequences occur immediately. Those who seek wickedness find it with its terrible consequences, but God does not want evil for His creatures. God wants you to have the peace like the river! Isaiah 48:18 “If only you had paid attention to my commands your peace would have been like a river, your righteousness like the waves of the sea.” The general well-being of a person is this peace promised by the Lord that is like a flowing river flowing from God’s throne. God always has abundant blessings that flow through Him because of His good will for your life. I cannot understand why we have to walk freely in our flesh when there will never be any peace. It is not complicated to attend God’s commands, what is complicated in us is the resistance when we give so much motivation and pride to the flesh. God says in His word that when we are listeners and obedient we are preserved from the judgments and blessed with abundant peace. What is said in Isaiah 48:18 is as if God was saying to Israel: "Oh, if only you had attended my commandments, you wouldn’t have had the captivity where you had so much loss!" That nation of God would’ve had their prosperity and blessing of peace perpetually. That it’s how the promise was for them: "It would then be your peace, your general well-being like a river." A blessing such that your waters would always flow and would never hold back. "Your righteousness (would be) like the waves of the sea", if they would have obeyed. Their rectitude would be strong and abundant like a wave of the sea when obeying the voice of God. Justice is, THE SUCCESS OF YOUR CAUSE! When there isn’t justice it is because what is done is what is convenient to the flesh, profits are sought even if it is dishonest. If the nation of Israel would have listened to God and obeyed Him, they would have enjoyed God’s justice among them. But they drifted away; they did not obey what God ordered, what was

directed. NOW, BECAUSE OF THEIR DISOBEDIENCE, THE TREND OF THEIR PROSPERITY REMAINED INTERRUPTED AND THE SUCCESS OF THEIR CAUSE HAD BEEN IMPEDED. They did not act in righteousness towards God when God had been righteous with them in everything. Careful! By not walking in the direction where God wants to lead you, you can lose absolutely everything, everything: everything. Don’t rejoice yourself with what you have, but look at what you are no longer doing. Notice the great risks you’re exposing yourself to for not hearing the voice of God and disobeying. Isaiah 32:17 "The fruit of righteousness will be peace; the effect of righteousness will be quietness and confidence forever." The effect of righteousness is peace, quietness, assurance. Righteousness will find dwelling in every part and the result, that is to say, the fruit will be peace for the soul. Live in justice by being obedient and the work of the righteousness in you will be peace. Without justice there is no possibility of peace! Justice and rectitude go together. Where there is not rectitude there cannot be peace. Be righteous, live in justice so you can have peace. Do what your requested to do with stability and with decision: give what you have to give, do not let go of prayer which is your time with God, do not neglect what God gave you so that you can put it to work for His service, give Him what He has asked of you ... and your blessings and peace will flow like a river.
